Events under 'WSEN District 9 Net Control'

Net Controls from Eastern Washington District 9 for the Saturday morning Washington State Emergency Net (WSEN) held at 0900 hours local time.  District 9 is responsible for net control during the entire month.  The responsible month rotates among the different districts in the State, with District 9 coming back up every nine months.
