Weekly Net operations and training session.  Held on the Spokane County ARES / RACES Repeater at 147.30 MHz, with positive 600 KHz offset and a 100Hz tone for access.

Monthly training opportunity to learn about various Amateur radio communication methods, build stuff, test stuff, learn things.  Primarily focused on emergency communications and preparedness.  The Topics vary each month from digital comms to emergency power and building go-kits.

Gardner, Spokane, WA  99201.  Meetings contain various announcements of upcoming events, presentations on various topics, and training sessions.  Meetings are open to members and other amateur radio operators interested in joining the group.
