Weekly Net operations and training session.  Held on the Spokane County ARES / RACES Repeater at 147.30 MHz, with positive 600 KHz offset and a 100Hz tone for access. 

In months with a fifth Tuesday, this net is held on Simplex frequency 147.480 MHz, no tone, in place of our regular net on the Spokane County ARES/ACS repeater
